Job Title: Field Engineer (Construction Pipeline) Location: Basra, Iraq Rotation- 14/14 Key Responsibilities: Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance: - Review and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs, Alignemnt Sheets, ISOs, GAs), specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation on-site. - Monitor and verify pipeline installation, welding, assembly, testing (hydrostatic, pneumatic, NDT), and backfilling activities for compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. - Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential issues, deviations, or non-conformances and recommend corrective actions. - Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of pipeline materials and equipment. - Review and approve test packages and construction documentation. - Participate in construction process qualifications (e.g., HDD, Auger Boring, Crossings, field joint coating, bending). - Support constructability studies and provide input on best practices.
