Company: Media in Cooperation and Transition (MiCT) Location: Baghdad, Iraq Position: Finance & Logistics Assistant Contract Duration: October 1, 2024 – February 28, 2026 Hours: 35 hours/week (full-time) Key Responsibilities: • Support logistics and procurement for project events and trainings. • Identify suppliers, collect quotations, and handle negotiations. • Maintain proper filing systems for procurement and financial records. • Handle manual accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting. • Monitor project budgets and expenditures. • Prepare payment vouchers and support financial transactions. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, project management, or business administration. • At least 1 year of experience in financial reporting and procurement. • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
