Position: Ground Operation Handling Location: Erbil Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee ground operations including check-in, boarding, baggage, and ramp activities. • Ensure smooth and safe handling of flights according to airline and airport regulations. • Collaborate with various departments (flight operations, customer service, and dispatch) to ensure on-time performance. • Supervise ground handling staff and contractors during daily operations. • Maintain accurate reports, flight documentation, and operational logs. • Support the implementation of process improvements for efficiency and safety. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree preferred (aviation or related field an advantage). • Minimum 2 years of experience in airline or ground operations. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). • Excellent teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. • High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. • Knowledge of aviation ground handling procedures is a plus.
