The role ensures accurate financial planning, monitoring of personnel costs, and alignment between workforce planning and the company’s financial strategy. **Key Responsibilities **• Develop and manage annual manpower and departmental budgets. • Forecast salaries, benefits, and other personnel-related expenses. • Monitor manpower costs and ensure spending remains within the approved budget. • Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual expenses. • Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower budget reports for management. • Work closely with HR on recruitment planning and workforce budgeting. • Support department managers in managing their manpower budgets. • Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. **Qualifications **• Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**. **Experience **• **5–8 years of experience** in finance manager, budgeting, or financial planning. • Experience in **manpower budgeting or payroll cost analysis** is preferred. **Skills **• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills • Advanced **Excel and financial reporting skills** • Knowledge of payroll and manpower planning • Strong communication and organizational skills **Send CV to: ****[email protected]**** **
