About the role: Location : star tower/Erbil/Iraq Attendance: full time With the support of our senior management, the “Digital Marketing & PR Manager” will develop and implement Homele comprehensive digital, social media, PR and online marketing strategy. His/her primary role is to increase the number of active users and real estate businesses joining our platform. In addition, he/she is expected to boost brand awareness and to lead the external communication of the firm. The “Digital Marketing & PR Manager” will support and work closely with external agencies out of Denmark. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Managing and improving our social media presence across all digital channels. · Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email and display advertising . Creating a budget plan for sponsorship of each digital marketing channel · Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) · Analyzing the company’s current e-commerce and social media activities and related content to improve brand awareness and to grow number of active users. · Leading social media advertising, organic content creation and engagement, influencer marketing, sponsorship awareness and analytics reporting. · Becoming a social media advocate for Homele, engaging in dialogues and working with Customer Service in answering questions where appropriate. · Building Homele reputation through proactive communication and PR using traditional channels such as magazines, newspapers and TV Requirements: · Minimum 3 years work experience in digital marketing and social media management for a business/organization, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and YouTube. · Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture…) · Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that resonate with each platform's target audience. · Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking · Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. · Detail oriented with proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
