Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (SPV) – IRAQ Project: IRAQ-Oil and Gas-Commission Company: Top3 Chinese NOC Rotation & Package: Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off Work Schedule: 12 hours/day, 7 days/week during rotation. Monthly Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 USD (all-inclusive, with accommodation, transportation, and meals provided in camp). About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a major oil & gas project in Iraq, operated by one of China's National Oil Companies (NOCs). This role is part of the post-commissioning and operational phase, requiring a strong background in project start-up/commissioning materials management combined with hands-on warehouse operations experience. You will manage warehouse facilities, critical spares, and ensure seamless transition of project materials to operational spares inventory. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, issuance, and inventory control of materials, equipment, and spares. Leverage commissioning background to support project materials handover, review vendor documentation, and address outstanding preservation requirements for long-term storage. Participate in physical inventory verification, cycle counts, and annual stocktakes. Establish and maintain warehouse procedures, preservation schedules, and materials traceability systems. Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and project teams for materials availability and critical spares management. Supervise warehouse technicians and storekeepers, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, lifting operations, and materials handling protocols. Maintain CMMS/SAP/Maximo data, inventory records, and materials master data. Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and storage conditions for hazardous/non-hazardous materials and equipment. Requirements: Supply Chain/Logistics Qualification or relevant technical background. Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in warehouse supervision. Proven track record in project start-up/commissioning – experience during project materials receipt, preservation, and handover to operations/spares inventory (essential). Previous rotation experience in remote/overseas locations (Iraq/Middle East preferred). Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP MM/WM, Maximo), materials preservation, and inventory control. Familiarity with project completions systems and materials turnover processes.
