Job Title: IT Project Manager Company: Small Village Location:Baghdad – Al Mansour, 14 Ramadan Street Working Hours:8 hours per day Working Days:6 days per week Salary:To be determined during the interview – negotiable Start Date: Immediate availability is required Job Purpose: The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering internal IT projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including hands-on experience in coding and system development, and will be capable of leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects within deadlines and budget constraints. * Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, and infrastructure teams to deliver effective and scalable technology solutions. * Analyze departmental requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical plans. * Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. * Lead project meetings and stand-ups using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as needed. * Review technical designs and code to ensure high quality and performance. * Engage in hands-on coding or debugging when required to support development teams. * Ensure adherence to best practices in security, software quality, and documentation. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation and post-implementation reviews. Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 2 years in project management. * Strong technical knowledge of coding and software development (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, or similar languages). * In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are an advantage. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. * Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. * Immediate availability to start is required.
