We lead the construction industry with a focus on excellence and cutting-edge design. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either Architectural or Civil Engineering, with a minimum of four years of experience as a Site Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that the project progresses according to the plans, within the established timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage the construction site operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the project follows the design and schedule. • Monitor construction progress and resolve issues that may arise on-site. • Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. • Conduct inspections and supervise the implementation of work according to technical drawings and specifications. • Prepare and maintain project reports, including daily progress reports, material usage, and site conditions. • Assist in the management of project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness. • Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meet the project requirements. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Site Engineer in construction projects. • Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. o Proficiency in construction management software. • Language Proficiency: A2 level of English or higher (both written and spoken). • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
