Seeking a qualified Civil/Architectural Engineer with experience in finishing works and MEP for construction projects. Responsible for design, project review, and coordination with teams to ensure project quality and safety.
We're Hiring: Civil/Architectural Engineer 📍 Location: Baghdad - Al-Arasat 🏢 Company: Madarak Group - Construction Division ⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Six days a week Benefits: • Competitive salary of One Million Iraqi Dinars (IQD 1,000,000) per month. 🔹 Job Overview: We seek a qualified Civil/Architectural Engineer to join our Construction Department. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in civil or architectural fields, including expertise in finishing works and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and (MEP), as well as supporting the design and execution of various construction projects. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Assist in the design and planning of civil and architectural construction projects. ✔️ Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. ✔️ Oversee the execution of construction work, ensuring it aligns with design, safety standards, and finishing works. ✔️ Coordinate with other teams to ensure the smooth progress of projects, including MAP systems. ✔️ Maintain records of project progress, materials used, and work completed. ✔️ Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to address challenges. 🔹 Requirements: ✅ In-depth experience and knowledge in civil or architectural engineering, with a strong focus on Finishing works and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Air-conditioning (MAP) systems. ✅ Proficiency in construction methods, building materials, and safety standards. ✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ✅ Excellent English communication skills, including professional email and chat correspondence (Important). ✅ Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (Important). 📩 How to Apply: Send your resume with the subject "Civil/Architectural Engineer" to [email protected].
