Job Vacancy – Customer & Employee Service Center Officer (Call Center) Location: Sulaymaniyah (Near Darwaza City) Workplace: Head Office – Sulaymaniyah Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Saturday to Thursday Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day Gender Requirement: Female Key Responsibilities: • Receive and respond to customer and employee inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. • Record and organize all requests and inquiries in a professional and structured manner. • Forward requests, complaints, and issues to the relevant departments. • Follow up on requests until they are fully resolved. • Prepare daily and monthly reports. • Maintain professional communication standards and corporate service etiquette. Requirements & Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, HR, Languages, or a related field). • Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively within a team environment. • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. • Full fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (both speaking and writing). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Calm, organized, and service-oriented personality. Salary: Salary will be determined during the interview based on qualifications, experience, and competency.
