We are hiring AFTER SALES AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN! Location - Erbil! Company: New Luxury Car Brands Job Brief Our Automotive Technician, After Sales is responsible for repairing, servicing, and upgrading all areas of vehicle ’s product offerings. You will work closely with the Product Experience team to facilitate the warranty reporting process, diagnose, and repair vehicle faults, install vehicle updates and customer upgrades, perform routine service, and support Single events such as component testing and client interactions. Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and assistance to customers who have purchased automotive products, such as vehicles, parts, or accessories. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to automotive products, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. 3. Guide customers through maintenance procedures, repairs, and upgrades for their vehicles. 4. Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and service history in the company's service management system. 6. Conduct product training sessions for customers on vehicle operation, maintenance best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. 7. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on product performance, quality issues, and customer concerns. 8. Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and service best practices to deliver high-quality technical support to customers. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field. 2. Previous experience in automotive technical support, service advisory, or a similar role within the automotive industry. 3. A minimum of 2 years a car automotive experience in Automotive Technician, After Sales. 4. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. 5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information to customers. 6. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty. 7. Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools, service manuals, and computerized service management systems. 8. Certification in automotive technology, such as ASE certification, is preferred. 9. Familiarity with automotive regulations, safety standards, and warranty policies.
