Job Title: IT Technician Company: Iraq Horizon Technology Job Description: Iraq Horizon Technology is seeking a qualified IT Technician who will be responsible for the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and programming of computer systems and networks to ensure the highest level of functionality. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of computer software and hardware, internet applications, networks, and operating systems. Responsibilities: Installing and configuring software and functions as per specifications. Developing and maintaining local networks to optimize performance. Troubleshooting computer and network problems and resolving them by repairing or replacing parts or debugging. Making presentations and generating daily reports. Installing and configuring computer or network equipment. Providing office support to an individual or team to ensure the smooth running of the business. Marketing services and solutions provided by the company. Requirements: Proven experience in IT or relevant positions. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication ability. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Understanding of diverse computer systems and networks. Good knowledge of computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong sense of responsibility. Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field. Certification as an IT Technician, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or CCNA, will be an advantage. Age preference is between 22 to 28 years.
