💼 Showroom Manager 📍 Location: Iraq Mall, Baghdad 🏢 Brand: TECNO Mobile 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview TECNO Mobile is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead its flagship store in Iraq Mall. The role involves driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and managing daily operations, with a strong focus on digital/online (O2O) traffic. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a high-traffic flagship store. Manage a large team (Sales, Cashiers, Promoters, Tech Support). Ensure inventory accuracy and cash flow reporting. Lead digital presence: manage social media, online promotions, and customer inquiries. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and analyze performance. Build relationships with mall management for marketing opportunities. Requirements 3–5 years of retail management experience (mobile, electronics, or fashion). Proven expertise in managing large-format stores and teams. Strong digital and social media marketing skills; live streaming/content creation is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Languages: Native Arabic & Professional English.
