Job Vacancy 📣 Point Company (part of Master Group) is hiring an E-commerce Coordinator for its branch in Baghdad! Key Responsibilities: Manage and update products on the company’s website and app (names, descriptions, prices, images, and availability). Ensure accurate Arabic & English product information in line with brand guidelines. Coordinate inventory between ERP systems, online platforms, and physical stores. Handle daily online orders and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams. Upload and manage online promotions, discount codes, and special campaigns. Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular analytical reports. Support customer experience through follow-up on inquiries, returns, and complaints. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail (Shopify/ERP experience is a plus). Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets; basic SEO and design skills (Canva or Photoshop) are a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
