Official Job Description – HR Assistant Job Title: HR Assistant Company Name: ALUROOJ Company Work Location: Italian Village 1, Villa No. B27 – Erbil, Iraq Company Overview ALUROOJ Company was established in the Republic of Iraq as a specialized firm in the development and management of commercial and investment projects. The company aims to build modern business models based on operational flexibility, diversified growth strategies, and sustainable performance. ALUROOJ operates across several key strategic sectors, including: Restaurants & Cafés, Business Solutions, Information Technology (IT), and General Trading (Import & Export), all through advanced operational systems and professional administrative standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR files • Support the full recruitment process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordination • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures • Monitor attendance, leave, and prepare HR-related reports • Prepare and process HR documents such as contracts, letters, and internal forms • Assist the HR department with daily operations and administrative tasks Requirements: • Previous experience in Human Resources is required • Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish (mandatory) • English language is a plus • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation Work Schedule: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: 600,000 IQD Application Process Qualified candidates are invited to submit their CV to: [email protected] With Subject Line: HR Assistant
