Key Duties & Responsibilities • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR files • Support the full recruitment process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordination • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures • Monitor attendance, leave, and prepare HR-related reports • Prepare and process HR documents such as contracts, letters, and internal forms • Assist the HR department with daily operations and administrative tasks Requirements: • Previous experience in Human Resources is required • Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish (mandatory) • English language is a plus • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation Work Schedule: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: 600,000 IQD Application Process Qualified candidates are invited to submit their CV to: [email protected] With Subject Line: HR Assistant
