ALUROOJ operates across several key strategic sectors, including: Restaurants & Cafés, Business Solutions, Information Technology (IT), and General Trading (Import & Export), all through advanced operational systems and professional administrative standards. Position Purpose The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring full financial control, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and effective financial planning. This role supports executive management in strategic decision-making and safeguards the financial sustainability of the company. Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Supervision • Oversee all daily financial and accounting operations. • Supervise the finance team (accountants, cashiers, payroll officers). • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of all financial records. • Establish and update financial policies and procedures. 2. Budgeting & Financial Planning • Prepare the annual operating budgets for all departments. • Monitor actual performance versus budget. • Conduct variance analysis and submit financial recommendations. • Develop financial forecasts and future projections. 3. Financial Reporting & Analysis • Prepare and submit: • Monthly financial reports • Quarterly financial reports • Annual financial statements • Oversee: • Profit & Loss (P&L) • Cash Flow • Balance Sheet • Provide strategic financial analysis to senior management. 4. Tax & Legal Compliance • Ensure full compliance with Iraqi tax laws and financial regulations. • Supervise preparation and submission of tax declarations. • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities. 5. Cash Flow & Banking Management • Manage daily cash flow operations. • Supervise: • Bank accounts • Bank reconciliations • Financing and credit facilities • Control company payment and disbursement policies. 6. Internal Financial Control • Design and maintain strong internal control systems. • Prevent financial fraud, errors, and waste. • Approve sensitive financial entries and transactions. 7. Payroll & HR Financial Support • Supervise payroll preparation in coordination with HR. • Review salaries, deductions, bonuses, and allowances. • Ensure payroll compliance with contracts and company policies. 8. ERP & Financial Systems • Oversee ERP financial systems and accounting software. • Ensure data accuracy and system integration with other departments. • Cooperate with IT to enhance financial automation. 9. Strategic Business Support • Provide financial advisory support to executive management. • Support decisions related to: • Business expansion • New branch openings • Investments and partnerships • Prepare financial feasibility studies for new projects. 10.
