Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee and monitor the performance, quality standards, and operational compliance of our restaurant branches across Iraq. This role focuses on ensuring consistency in service quality, food standards, operational efficiency, and brand image across all locations. You will work closely with branch managers and operational teams to ensure that each restaurant meets the company’s quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, quality control, and restaurant operations experience, with the ability to identify gaps, implement improvements, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and evaluate daily Front of the House (FOH) and Back of the House (BOH) operations across all restaurant branches. • Ensure consistent implementation of company standards related to food quality, service, hygiene, and customer experience. • Conduct regular branch visits, inspections, and performance reviews. • Identify operational weaknesses and recommend corrective actions and improvement plans. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and local regulatory requirements. • Review product quality, supplier performance, and adherence to approved recipes and procedures. • Oversee staff performance standards and coordinate with branch managers on training and development needs. • Analyze operational costs, waste control, and efficiency across branches. • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and annual performance and quality reports. • Support branch managers in handling escalated customer complaints and service issues. • Maintain and enhance the brand image across all locations. • Recommend strategies to improve customer satisfaction, brand visibility, and operational consistency. • Ensure company policies, procedures, and protocols are properly implemented and followed across all branches. Requirements and Skills Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Control Manager, or similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. • Strong background in restaurant operations, quality control, and multi-branch management. • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. • Extensive Food & Beverage (F&B) knowledge with strong understanding of quality and service standards. • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. • Ability to travel frequently between restaurant branches. • Fluency in Arabic is required; speaking English is a strong plus. • BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. Additional Experience & Competencies: • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment. • Strong professional discipline with the ability to lead by example. • Proven experience in managing operational challenges and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Capability to implement and maintain consistent quality and operational standards across multiple branches. • Strong monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up skills to ensure a high-quality and consistent customer experience across all restaurant locations.
