Super Chicken Restaurant Chain Job Title: #Recruitment_Manager – Baghdad Key Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate recruitment processes for all job levels within the company. Accurately describe and analyze job roles and determine the necessary requirements for each position. Structure and organize the recruitment team to ensure the company’s goals are effectively met. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the right candidates. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure seamless coordination between different divisions. Conduct interviews and employment tests to assess candidate skills. Manage and regularly update the candidate database. Guide and train the recruitment team to achieve optimal performance. Innovate in utilizing social media and networking platforms to attract top talent. Provide regular reports on recruitment progress to the HR management team. Required Qualifications: Open to both male and female candidates. Age: 26 to 35 years. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food service industry. Strong analytical skills with expertise in job descriptions and recruitment structures. Proficiency in modern digital recruitment tools and technologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse individuals. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and relevant regulations. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
