Dimond Loft for design and general contracting are hiring an HR Specialist Responsibilities: *Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating *Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees *Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed *Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. *Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations *Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval *Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks *Implementing the payroll every month *Tracking the Attendance and withdrawing the fingerprint reports every month Recruitment: Proven work experience in human resources in general, Familiar with HRIS like Roots or Odoo or any similar system Solid understanding of Iraqi labor low legalization and payroll process Familiar with full-cycle recruiting If interested please send your CV with the job title (HR Specialist) in the subject field to the following email ✉️: [email protected]
