We Are Hiring … Company : Ofoq Al Iraq for Advanced Industries - IFFCO Job Title : Costumer Service Manager Qualification: - University Graduate - Iraqi Nationality. - 2 Years experience at least in the same position. - English Language Fluency Most Important Duties: - Sales orders for both plant and shipment tracking - S&OP process with our Partners. - Handling customer complains - Items creating processes ( FP , PM , RW and spare parts) - Plant vendors creation and correspondence with MDM team - Export documentation and interface with customer and documents legalization .
