Junior NOC engineer position supporting FTTH network, requiring networking knowledge, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Job Title: Technical Support Department: NOC #Hiring: We are looking for (Junior NOC Engineer) to work at #HRiNS company who will support our network and resolve 1st line technical network issues. We are building our FTTH network across Babel Governorate under the below requirements, the qualified candidates are invited to submit their application via the link below. Duties and Responsibilities: • Monitor the FTTH project Network • The report, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents • Communicate with site technicians or third parties responsible for the resolution • should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration • Escalate issues to the 2nd Line support • Proactively handle support cases assigned to you Qualifications and Education Requirements: • Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science, or any related field • At least (1-3) years experience in the same position. • Knowledge of Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Policy-Based Routing.
