🔹🔶 وظيفة شاغرة 🔶🔹 Job description Al Mouyasser Scientific Bureau is looking for: Job Title: IT Help Desk Support. Job Location: Baghdad / Karradah – Al Masbah street. Job type: full-time. Requirements • An Associate's degree in computer engineering or related field. • A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. • Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • An openness to learning new technologies. Tasks and duties • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issue related to computer systems, software and hardware • Resolving technical problems with LAN and WAN network • Installing new technologies and teaching end users how to operate them • Installing and maintained CCTV equipment and Access Control (DVRs, NVRs, Analog and IP cameras).
