Job Title: Corporate Sales Key Account Job Location: Iraq \ Basrah Job Type: Full Time Working Days: 6 days a week Tasks: •Meetings with key customer to understand their needs. •Demonstrating how products meet the customer’s needs. •Communicate by phone with companies and the under-construction projects to discuss our offers and negotiate with them for the purpose of supplying. •Handling every customer ask or escalation in pursuit of customer satisfaction. •Having check-in meetings with customers just to “touch base”. •Outdoor visits to various projects. Basic Requirements •2+ years of experience in an account management, customer success, or client partnership role. •Very good English language proficiency. •Technical Skills (Email writing & Business communications). •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point). •Initiation & follow up, results oriented, customer focused, collaborative & team player, creative & innovation, attention to detail, a good negotiator, problem solver, and a strategic thinker.
