Job Title: HVAC Supervisor*1 - IRAQ Project: Oil and Gas- Commission-IRAQ Company: top 3 Chinese NOC Employment Type: Labor dispatch contract (1 Year Renewable); all international hires will be signed by a HK entity. Salary Range: 3000~4000USD/month + 20% during leave months. Work Cycle: 2 months working + 2months leaving (8–11 working months/year encouraged). Overview We are looking for experienced HVAC Supervisor to support oilfield operations in Iraq. These roles involve overseeing equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with HSE protocols, and coordinating with contractors to deliver projects on time. You’ll work in high-pressure environments and contribute to the seamless delivery of oil and gas production. Responsibilities HVAC Supervisor · Oversee HVAC system installation, testing, refrigerant charging, and functional checks. · Review commissioning plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance. · Support system startup and maintain compliance with HSE standards. Requirements · Education: Associate degree or equivalent (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering preferred). · Experience: relevant 5–15 years in oil & gas commissioning or operations, · Skills: Proficient in equipment operation, technical documentation, and problem-solving. · Technical Expertise: Familiar with SCADA/PLC systems, safety-critical equipment, and emergency procedures. · Additional: Fluent in English, valid first aid & HSE certification.
