Manages full-cycle recruitment for aviation roles, coordinates onboarding, maintains employee records, and ensures compliance with aviation regulations and labor laws. Supports payroll, benefits administration, and performance management for a dynamic workforce.
Position: Human Resources Specialist Location: Baghdad International Airport Key Responsibilities: * Manage full-cycle recruitment for aviation roles (pilots, cabin crew, engineers, ground staff) * Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees * Maintain employee records in compliance with aviation authorities and labor laws * Monitor staff certifications, licenses, and training validity * Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions * Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management * Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies * Assist in performance management and employee evaluations * Coordinate training programs related to safety and regulatory requirements Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * 2–5 years of HR experience (aviation experience preferred) * Knowledge of aviation regulations is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Offic Apply Now: [[email protected]]
