📌 Al-Sunober Company is Hiring Position Title: HR Officer Location: Baghdad Working Days: 6 Days (Saturday to Thursday) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM -Job Purpose The HR Officer is responsible for supporting and executing daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, training coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations to ensure an organized and productive work environment. - Key Responsibilities Support recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee disciplinary matters Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, warnings, and termination letters Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations Coordinate training and development activities for employees Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave balances, and benefits Prepare HR reports, statistics, and monthly manpower reports Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee data and attendance records Assist in resolving employee issues and escalating cases when necessary Support HR administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation Participate in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements - Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Strong organizational and administrative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Key Skills: Communication skills Time management Attention to detail Confidentiality and professionalism Problem-solving Teamwork and coordination Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment completion time Accuracy of employee records Attendance and discipline compliance rate Employee request resolution time Employee satisfaction and engagement level How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their CV to: 📩 [email protected] Please include “ HR Officer– Baghdad” in the subject line of your email.
