As a Product Manager – Accessories, you will play a critical role in driving business growth across designated markets, acting as a key link between vendors, partners, and customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving attach rates, and ensuring strong alignment with vendor priorities to deliver sustained growth across retail, enterprise, SME, and telecom channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the accessories portfolio. Drive attach rates and bundling initiatives to maximize category growth. Align vendor priorities with business objectives across multiple sales channels. Manage a broad accessories portfolio while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners. Analyze market trends, sales performance, and customer insights to support data-driven decisions. Manage multiple SKUs and optimize inventory performance. Key Qualifications Strong understanding of ecosystem selling and the role accessories play in enhancing the connected device experience. Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to grow categories through attach and bundling strategies. Highly analytical and detail-oriented. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment. Confident presenter with the ability to simplify complex information into actionable insights. Agile, proactive, and execution-oriented in fast-paced environments. Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree (Graduate/Engineer) or Postgraduate qualification. Experience 10–12 years of total professional experience. 8–10 years of experience in Sales and/or Category Management. Preferred Qualifications Vendor Product Certification. Strong understanding of technology ecosystems and accessories portfolio. Commercial mindset with P&L ownership experience. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
