Seeking an experienced Bid & Proposal Engineer to support technical and commercial bid submissions, coordinate with teams, and manage client communication in the oil and gas industry.
We Are Hiring – Bid & Proposal Engineer 📍 Location: Erbil 🗓 Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids for RFPs and tenders Ensure compliance with client, contractual, and submission requirements Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, logistics, and workshop teams Manage supplier communication, costing, and negotiations Support post-bid clarifications and client follow-ups Maintain accurate documentation and records Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in bidding/proposals within the oil & gas industry Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Strong knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, BOQs, and contracts Excellent English communication and documentation skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook 📧 Apply by sending your CV to: [email protected]
