Bid & Proposal Engineer 📍 Erbil Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Required Qualifications · Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in bidding and proposal writing within the oil and gas industry. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, petroleum or related discipline) – mandatory · Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strong understanding of technical and commercial negotiations. · Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and reporting skills in English. · Proactive, problem-solving, and result-oriented attitude. · Familiarity with contract types (lump sum, cost-plus, etc.) · Knowledge of international standards and codes (e.g., API, ISO) relevant to the field · Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, outlook and Word interested individuals may apply by sending their CV to [email protected] with Bid and Proposal Engineer in the subject line.
