Job Summary: Logistics Inland Assistant will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the efficiency of our supply chain and transportation processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, monitoring & re-directing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to address logistical challenges and implement strategies to enhance overall operational effectiveness. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to streamline logistics operations and contribute to the success of our supply chain management. Job Description: - Provide comprehensive administrative support within logistics transportation operations within our company’s operational territory/s. - Coordinate with Logistics OCE in tracking the intransit shipments arrival & ensure the documentation accomplishment & readiness. - In coordination with Logistics OCE, ensure the accomplishment of the documents required for clearance at Ports Of Discharge. - Real-Time Update the company system & side Mastersheets. - Utilize effective communication skills with all the operational aspects (Direct Manager, WH, Sales, SVC, Appointed Service Providers) to navigate the complexities of the logistics. - Report & Resolve any hiccups in the operation cycle promptly and effectively. - Play a crucial role in facilitating a streamlined and customer-focused logistics experience. - Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives. - Awareness of the operational cost & pricelists & contribute in cost controlling. - Assist his direct supervisor in Service Invoices internal processing. - And any other duties assigned to you Qualifications: • Preferably if he has a bachelor's degree or high school diploma or GED equivalent, but if not, fresh graduate will be sufficient. • Good knowledge of MS Office Word & Excel. • Arabic & Kurdish languages are essential, preferably if his English is within a “Moderate” level. • Ability to analyze and solve problems. • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork. • Good communication skills. • Humbleness, accept orders from his direct management. • Obay company’s policies & code of conduct. • Ability to work under solid SOP. • Ownership, high level of responsibility toward his tasks. • Teamwork, do not hesitate to direct/immediate contact any of his colleagues for the sake of process pe…
