Position: Finance Manager Location: Erbil Job Summary: Reporting to the CFO, EZMA Holding is seeking a Finance Manager to manage financial operations, reporting, and controls across the Group. The role will oversee accounting, intercompany transactions, budgeting, and system-driven reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support management decisions. Job Description: • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing. • Ensure accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, and internal controls. • Manage intercompany accounting between group entities. • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and variance analysis. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes. • Support inventory accounting, COGS, and margin analysis. • Act as a key finance owner for SAP Business One and support system transitions. • Support management reporting and analytics, including Power BI. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred). • 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting with controller or manager exposure. • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One. • Experience in group or intercompany accounting. • Strong Excel skills; Power BI exposure is an advantage. • Languages: English and Kurdish.
