Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred. 2. Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with at least 5-7 years in a recruiting role. 3. Expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various levels and departments. 4. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including interviewing techniques and assessment methods. 5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. 8. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. 9. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 10. Certification in recruiting (e.g., Professional Recruiter Certification) or related HR certifications may be beneficial.
