Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. 8. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. 9. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 10. Certification in recruiting (e.g., Professional Recruiter Certification) or related HR certifications may be beneficial.
