Position: Registration and Training Officer Location: Job Type/Hours: Full-Time/8h Department: Reporting To: Job Level: Job Summary: This position will be responsible about driver’s (captain) registration and training on Obr Captain mobile application, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration of new drivers into Ober Taxi platform. Key Responsibilities: • Driver Onboarding: o Facilitate the registration and onboarding process for the new drivers. o Evaluate and verify the vehicle status and categorize it in accordance with company policies. o Verify new driver credentials, licenses, to ensure compliance with company policies. o Assist new drivers in completing the necessary documentation and profile setup. o Assist new drivers in completing their first test trip successfully. • Documentation and Record-Keeping: o Maintain accurate records of driver registrations and training completion. o Ensure all required documentation and compliance records are up-to-date and organized. o Archive all documents in a soft copy and uploaded to the shared folder on daily bases. • Training and Support: o Conduct training programs for new drivers, both online and in-person. o Simulate how to use the taxi application effectively, including app navigation, payment methods, etc. o Demonstrate the company policies, safety procedures, guidelines, and customer service best practices. o Provide support and assistance for any onboarding or training-related queries or issues. o Address Driver concerns promptly and professionally. o Keep in touch and follow up with inactive drivers to support and motivate them. • Feedback and Improvement: o Gather feedback from drivers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and training processes. o Collaborate with the development teams to enhance the driver experience based on drivers’ feedback. • Compliance and Regulations: o Stay up-to-date with local regulations related to transportation services. o Ensure all onboarding and training processes adhere to regulatory requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Costumer Care, or Human Resources) or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience in onboarding, training, or education roles, preferably in the technology or transportation industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Knowledge of relevant local transportation regulations. • Proficiency in using training and onboarding software and tools. send your cv to [email protected] or through whatsapp to 07500220077 please mention Registration when sending your cv.
