Hexadecimal Global is hiring a Recovery Lawyer in Erbil. Candidates must have a law degree, admission to the bar, and 1+ year of experience in debt recovery or litigation.
Job Title: Recovery Lawyer Location: Erbil - Iraq Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of rider accounts with outstanding balances, developing and • implementing recovery strategies for each case. • Issue demand letters and other correspondence to riders regarding overdue payments. • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with riders, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Represent the company in court proceedings related to recovery matters. Qualifications: • Laws degree. • Admission to the Bar/Law Society in the relevant jurisdiction. • Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in debt recovery, litigation, or a related legal field. • Strong understanding of contract law, debt recovery procedures, and relevant legislation.
