Key Responsibilities: - Service Oversight: Ensure all processes related to our services are functioning effectively and efficiently. - Liaison Role: Act as a link between management and heads of departments to facilitate clear communication. - Quality Assurance: Monitor and assure the quality of services delivered to our clients. - Problem Solving: Address and resolve service-related issues and errors that arise during daily operations. - Reporting: Report any problems or challenges directly to the management team for further action. - Departmental Follow-Up: Keep track of activities and progress across all departments to ensure alignment with operational goals. - Administrative Support: Organize and maintain files and records, handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls. - Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars and schedule team members' availability, coordinating meetings and preparing necessary materials. - Data Entry and Management: Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets, maintaining accurate records of transactions and activities. - Reporting: Prepare operational metrics reports and assist in data analysis for management review. - Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and support the implementation of new processes and procedures. - Project Assistance: Support management in executing projects and coordinating resources and timelines for completion.
