Join Oxfam as Project Officer – Cash, Enterprise & Skills Development Location: Erbil, Duhok & Sulaymaniyah Contract: Fixed term – 12 months Hours: 40 per week Salary: As per Oxfam scale Closing Date: 22 February 2026 Oxfam in Iraq is recruiting a dynamic professional to support delivery of livelihoods, enterprise growth, and cash assistance programming. The role contributes to economic inclusion for refugees, IDPs, and host communities while ensuring compliance with donor and organizational standards.
