Join Oxfam as Project Officer – Cash, Enterprise & Skills Development Location: Erbil, Duhok & Sulaymaniyah Contract: Fixed term – 12 months Hours: 40 per week Salary: As per Oxfam scale Closing Date: 22 February 2026 Oxfam in Iraq is recruiting a dynamic professional to support delivery of livelihoods, enterprise growth, and cash assistance programming. The role contributes to economic inclusion for refugees, IDPs, and host communities while ensuring compliance with donor and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation of skills development, MSME support, and employment initiatives Provide technical oversight for vocational training, job placement, and business grants Supervise beneficiary targeting and delivery of cash transfers Strengthen partnerships with private sector, TVET centers, and financial institutions Monitor progress, budgets, and reporting requirements Promote accountability, safeguarding, and inclusive programming Requirements Degree in economics, business, social sciences, or related field Experience in livelihoods, enterprise, or market-based programming Knowledge of cash transfer modalities and the KRI labor market Strong understanding of youth employment and women’s economic empowerment Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish Proven coordination and stakeholder engagement skills https://jobs.oxfam.org.uk/jobs/vacancy/project-officer-oxfam--cash-enterprise-and-skills-development-erbil--duhok-and-sulaymaniyah-int11461/24380/description/ #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
