Cihan Auto-Trading Company is hiring a Fleet Executive in Erbil. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, proficiency in Kurdish and English, and experience in the automotive field.
Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy: Position: Fleet Executive Hours: 8 Hrs. (Saturday to Thursday) Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region Duties and responsibilities: Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with customers Identify and establish contact with potential customers Visiting the organization, NGOs, Companies, and Government sectors to find/explore Business opportunities. Explains the Aftersales proposals to the clients. Proposing and negotiating with clients as per their Aftersales needs. Understanding the needs of the clients. Explaining the importance of the proper/standard maintenance services required for their fleet. Build and maintain relationships with new and previous customers. Submitting tenders as per client’s requirements Education, Job Requirements & Skills: A bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree, or any other related fields. Proficiency in Kurdish and English (Spoken and Written), the Arabic language is an asset. Relative experience in the automotive field. Computer Knowledge. Proven customer relations skills both in person and over the telephone Proven ability to communicate and determine customers’ needs and to sell the dealership's parts and service capabilities based on features, advantages, and benefits Basic automotive knowledge and experience Legible writing and good administrative skills Good communication skills (listening, questioning) Good time management skills Willingness to take the additional responsibility Good computer skills: Office suites (Microsoft Office, G Suite), E-mails, Internet. Organizational and time-management skills Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong reporting skills.
