The Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and 3+ years of experience are required.
Position: Accounting Manager Location: Sulaymaniyah Department: Accounting Department Reported To CEO Key Responsibilities: • Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements and reports. • Compliance & Internal Control: Maintain adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support accounting team members to enhance performance and efficiency. • Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and analytical reports to support business decisions. Required Qualifications & Competencies: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience, including at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment. • Proven experience with ERP systems and accounting software. • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
