Almas Factory in Sulaymaniyah is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance planning on mechanical systems. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience.
Job Opportunity: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Department: Mechanical Department Key Responsibilities: - Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Perform regular inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems (extrusion machines, furnaces, casting machines, conveyors, hydraulics) to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. - Maintenance Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute maintenance schedules, coordinate with production teams, and manage spare parts inventory to support continuous factory operations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial or aluminum manufacturing environment. • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery. • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics. • Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and procedures.
