This role is responsible for making engaging visuals and writing clear, on-brand copy that supports rider growth, driver acquisition, and marketing campaigns. The role requires clear capability on how to turn promotions, app features, and service messages into simple, effective social content. Key Responsibilities • Create and publish social media content, including posts, short videos, reels, stories, and captions. • Write clear and engaging copy for promotions, discounts, campaigns, app features, and service updates. • Adapt content and messaging for different audiences (riders, drivers, partners). • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines. • Support marketing and growth campaigns with timely and accurate content. • Monitor basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, views) and improve content based on results. • Stay aware of social media trends, competitor activity, and local market behavior. • Work closely with marketing and growth teams to align content with business goals. Experience • 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing. • Experience working with consumer-facing apps or digital platforms is preferred. • Hands-on experience creating both written and visual social media content. Skills • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to simplify offers and messages. • Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats. • Basic video and visual content creation skills (using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
