The role requires clear capability on how to turn promotions, app features, and service messages into simple, effective social content. Key Responsibilities • Create and publish social media content, including posts, short videos, reels, stories, and captions. • Write clear and engaging copy for promotions, discounts, campaigns, app features, and service updates. • Adapt content and messaging for different audiences (riders, drivers, partners). • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines. • Support marketing and growth campaigns with timely and accurate content. • Monitor basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, views) and improve content based on results. • Stay aware of social media trends, competitor activity, and local market behavior. • Work closely with marketing and growth teams to align content with business goals. Experience • 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing. • Experience working with consumer-facing apps or digital platforms is preferred. • Hands-on experience creating both written and visual social media content. Skills • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to simplify offers and messages. • Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats. • Basic video and visual content creation skills (using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
