Looking for a Business Development Consultant with a bachelor's in business or management, experience in sales, able to build relationships and engage clients daily to promote insurance services.
Location: As Sulaimaniyah - KIB Headquarter Job title: Business Development Consultant ( B2B Insurance Sales ) Duty Place: KIB Headquarter ( Sulaimaniyah ) Industry Field: Financial & Banking Working Hours: 5 days in a week 09:00 - 05:00pm Basic Salary: 800$ Benefits: %2 Commission Gender: Femal*e is preffered Overview: Our insurance company is looking for a skilled and dynamic Business Development Consultant to strengthen our B2B sales team. This role requires daily client engagement, company visits, and building long-term partnerships to promote and expand our insurance services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify, approach, and build relationships with companies to present insurance solutions. 2. Schedule and attend daily meetings with corporate clients. 3. Act as the primary contact for partner companies, maintaining strong and professional relationships. 4. Achieve sales targets by expanding the client base through B2B development. 5. Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients. 6. Report regularly to the Sales Manager on progress, opportunities, and challenges. Requirements: A. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred). B. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations (insurance sector experience is an advantage). C. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic (Kurdish is a plus). D. Must own a personal car and a valid driving licence (daily field meetings required). E. Professional appearance, outgoing personality, and excellent interpersonal skills. F. Self-motivated, talkative, persuasive, and able to work independently. What We Offer: 1.
