Big Power Company is looking for a technician to (Service ) Department with the following conditions Condition: 1-Gender: male 2- Location: Sulaymaniyah. 3- Certificate: Electrical engineer or technical institute, electrical department /Energy department. 4- (3) years of experience in electrical work (electrical board panel- Solar)and electrical appliance repair. 5- Good ability and energy to respond to customer service requests. 6- Language: Arabic and English 7- Good knowledge of computer programs(Search and finding a device error code) 8- Age should not exceed 40 years - Ability to work in groups. 9- Willingness to work and stay after official working hours and holidays (when necessary). 10-The ability to work within a team, solve urgent problems, and follow up with the customer in the event of a) malfunction( Missions: 1- Join with the service team and ensuring the implementation of management procedures. 2 – Should a have a strong understanding of customer needs and build a good relationship with them. 3- Identify and resolve issues according to the schedule of visits department. 4- Solving urgent problems and following up with the client in the event of problems. 5- Giving service form to the people and projects that have been served and receiving feedback.
