Al Maha General Trading Co. is looking for hire qualified employee for commercial department as below details : Job Title: Junior Trade Marketing Manager Location:Erbil ,Kurdistan Region, Iraq Job Type: Full Time Salary: Competitive and Commensurate with experience Job description • Suggesting marketing plans for products that are compatible with annual sales plan and submitting them General Manager at the appropriate and agreed time. • Develop the expected annual sales plan for the products and work on its implementation after approval by General Manager • Implementing the approved marketing plan for each product, evaluating the results of the plan and the reaction, whether by suppliers, customers or consumers, and submitting a report on that to general manager. • Distributing sales targets according to the capabilities and accommodating each selling area and working on following them up and coordinating with sales managers on distributing targets according to accommodating areas and price categories. • Informing the management about developments in the markets as soon as possible so that the management is constantly informed of the course of things in the markets. The position of the displays and the level of display shelves for the company's items. • Working on following up the marketing activity of competitors and trying to know the objectives and marketing plans for them and submitting reports to the management accordingly. And submit a report showing the duration and mechanism of the activity to the competitor with the benefits of the agents. • Follow up the movement of products in the market and submit reports to the management on the extent of development in its movement in the presence of items and according to the coverage measurement of the number of active agents for the items. • Implementation of special offers for consumers (promotional packages) in coordination with the sales managers of the sales categories and presenting the summary to the Director General. • Follow-up on the display of products in the sales outlets and to ensure that the products are presented distinctly at the level of consideration and are easy to handle for the final consumer on a weekly basis in coordination with the Promotion Department. • Organizing the periodic meetings of the sales staff, the sales managers, and informing them of the achieved sales goals, the objectives of the items, and discussing the market conditions and any other topics that help in developing the work. • Follow up the prices of the products and compare them with the prices of the competing and similar items and inform the administration about any change in the prices of the competing goods, whether by increase or decrease, with providing suggestions and his views on that. • Coordination and cooperation with other departments such as stores (planning) as needed to ensure that products are constantly available and reach customers at the right time and place. • Studying the risks and threats in the markets and on the company's products and presenting suggestions and alternative plans to reduce these risks and threats. • Studying the marketing opportunities available in the markets and submitting suggestions for that to the General Manager. • Preparing the necessary economic feasibility studies for bringing new products to the market or according to the studies required by the administration. Requirements : 3+ years' of relevant work experience Experience dealing with Supplier & costumers Excellent communication skills Excellent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Application Process: The search committee will begin a review of applications immediately and continue work until an appointment is made.
