We are now looking for a Salon Supervisor to join our growing team and help manage daily operations, staff coordination, and client experience. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance of salon staff. • Maintain high service standards and ensure excellent customer experience. • Support the cashier and oversee financial transactions and daily reports. • Handle client inquiries, appointments, and any service-related concerns professionally. • Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. • Monitor social media activity and coordinate promotions with the marketing team. • Motivate and train staff to deliver consistent, high-quality services. Requirements: • Minimum 2 year of experience in salon or beauty industry management/supervision. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities. • Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment. • Basic computer and social media skills. • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (English is a plus).
