1. Job Title Civil Engineer – Tendering & Technical Company: Dar Al-Kurd   Department: Technical & Tendering ⸻ 2. Job Purpose To support the Technical and Tendering Department in the preparation, review, and coordination of technical and financial documentation for civil construction projects. The position ensures accurate estimation, compliance with specifications, and effective coordination between site, procurement, and supply chain teams to achieve timely and cost-efficient project delivery. ⸻ 3. Main Tasks & Accountabilities • Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQs) according to project requirements. • Review drawings, specifications, and other contract documents for accuracy and technical compliance. • Coordinate with site engineers and other departments to gather required data for tender and project preparation. • Prepare technical and financial proposals, bid summaries, and project reports. • Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and documentation prior to submission. • Maintain accurate project records and support communication with clients, consultants, and suppliers. • Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and adhere to company standards and procedures. ⸻ 4.
