MIM General Trading Company is Hiring!* Job title: Marketing and Sales Executive Working Hours: 9 – 5 (8 Hours Daily) Saturday to Thursday Work Location: Office and Remote Salary: Percentage Per-Project Job Summary: We’re looking for experienced sales person both Males and Females. The sales executive will be given the necessary documents and overview of company’s services. Key Requirements: • Anyone with sales experience can apply! . Having a car makes your chance greater to get hired. Diploma, Bachelor’s or any degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related fields. • Fluent in English, Arabic and Kurdish languages. • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales. • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. • The ability to work under pressure. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. Sales and Marketing Executive Duties: • Promoting the company’s existing services and introducing new MIM Brand to the market. • Creating strong leads and PR for the company • Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals. • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. • Implementing new sales plans and advertising. • Helping marketing team to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
